Galactus DB Station 0.5.3 for macOS (Apple silicon and Intel)
=================================================================

Drag "Galactus DB Station.app" into Applications and open it. There is nothing else to
install: Galactus DB, Explorer and the MCP server are all inside the app. It runs natively
on Apple silicon and Intel Macs with macOS 11 or later.

Opening this build
------------------
This is a developer build, signed ad hoc rather than with an Apple Developer ID, so the
first time macOS asks you to confirm it:

  Control-click (or right-click) the app, choose Open, then Open again.

or open it once, then go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
macOS remembers the answer for this copy of the app.

To check the download, compare its SHA-256 with the .sha256 file published beside it:

    shasum -a 256 gdbstation-0.5.3-macos-universal.zip

First run
---------
Station makes an instance called "local" for you. Press Start server, and Galactus DB is
running on bolt://127.0.0.1:7687. The password is kept in your login keychain; use Copy
password on the Server tab when a client asks for it. macOS may ask once whether Station
may use the keychain: choose Always Allow.

Your data
---------
Instances, settings, snippets and history live in
~/Library/Application Support/Galactus Station. Deleting the app leaves them in place;
delete that folder as well to remove everything. Passwords are in Keychain Access under
"galactus-station".

The database runs only while the Station window is open. Quitting Station stops it
cleanly.
